It is essential to establish the product foundations through some key stages. Our clients often have some of the groundwork done, but we offer tried and tested services, which solidify the product concept and ensure that development budgets are appropriately targeted.
As we explore and understand the project concept, it is often the case that further validation and qualification is needed to ensure that the product concept has a plausible route to success. We conduct technical research into existing products, technologies, patents and academic work and relay findings in an accessible and targeted report.
Our team dig into the technical challenges in more detail and find ways to overcome them during a feasibility study. This is lab-based work, where prototyping takes place and knowledge is gained into the feasibility of the technology building blocks that will eventually combine to form the product. We consider physical, digital and data components, where required, to form an evolved concept, based on good evidence of likely success.
Running a discovery workshop is a tried and tested way of getting to the bottom of the problem and building a solid, credible foundation and roadmap for the creation of compelling, user-driven wearables. These sessions are designed to examine the concept in detail and create actionable next steps in taking it forward fast. We work with your team to uncover the core value, isolate the key problems and develop the approach and roadmap for success.
The Thrive team have been our Technology Partners through the Concept stage. They are designing and running field trials with UK based football fans to take our vision to mass production in a very tight timeframe. Their commitment and passion has been outstanding.”
