This collaborative stage focuses on assessing the strengths and weaknesses of your work to date and unpicking the technical gaps. We focus on reducing technical risks, realising the full potential of your product, and ensuring the prioritisation and feasibility of your development plans.

the process, explained...
Your design review will take place in two phases. The first being a workshop conducted by Thrive to help the team gather an in depth understanding of your product in collaboration with the core visionaries in your team; the second being a review report which will detail our findings and present our tailored advice. The process is normally delivered virtually by a personally assigned project lead expert and a technical project manager from Thrive.
