We use our technical expertise to advise clients, (re)design their products, and build their roadmap for global-scale production. We not only solve our clients’ problems, we strive to exceed their expectations of design and research.

As well as client work and partnership development, everyone at Thrive has the opportunity to instigate and work on our internal projects and innovations.

Our office in the heart of Brighton is surrounded by excellent shops, food options and pubs. We’re a close-knit and diverse team with a shared interest in technology, health & wellbeing.

About the role

The Head of Marketing will have a digital focus and report to the CEO. You will work with the team to shape and focus Thrive’s brand identity, and drive awareness, engagement and conversion among target audiences. You will have autonomy to inform and implement the end-to-end marketing strategy, working with internal and external collaborators. While this role has a digital focus, the successful candidate would have strong experience in traditional marketing such as events and PR.

Skills and experience

You will have a broad range of experience in integrated marketing with a minimum of 4+ years experience in relevant roles, specifically in the emerging tech and digital space. The Head of Marketing will need to be able to assimilate technical information and transform into engaging content for a range of audiences. Key to this role is delivering Marketing Qualified Leads into the Business and being able to use data to drive better decision making.

We expect the successful candidate to:

  • Be able to use data effectively and work with other teams using data to drive decision making
  • Be a creative problem solver and seeker of opportunities
  • Be a confident team member and contributor
  • Be organised and able to prioritise to make maximum use of time and resources
  • Enjoy working in a small, but highly talented team

This opportunity offers the chance to work in the incredibly exciting wearable and IoT technologies industry. This is a great time to join a company with big growth plans, with the aim of being a big player in the IoT market in the UK. We offer diversity within our roles and the chance for our employees to leverage our in-house expertise to take their own ideas forward. We nurture our staff to allow their talents to shine by tutoring, training, support and encouragement in their roles.

Thrive Wearables is a people focused agency, and we practice what we preach with progressive policies and a great culture we are committed to keeping as we grow.
