Thrive is a tight-knit team based in the eclectic North Laine area in Brighton in an office with plenty of history. And we’re about to expand our office to double our lab space. We work on projects with clients from all over the world, and have supported a wide variety of wearable products in their journey from idea to mass production.
Thrive is looking to grow our team of innovators and technical experts, and know the right people will play a key role in helping us maintain our position as the authority on wearable technology.
We believe our work should positively impact the world, so we work exclusively in health and wellbeing, hoping to exponentially improve lives. Alongside our client work, we invest our profits back into internal innovation so that we can continually build knowledge and IP.
How we work
We empower our staff to leap into their work with unerring support, enabling personal development and the rapid expansion of knowledge to benefit our clients. Our focus on health and wellbeing extends to our team – we have healthy snacks and fruit in the office, a robust mental health policy, flexible working to ensure work-life balance, and we look out for each other. We love to take advantage of the surrounding area to the office, having team drinks in our quirky local and popping out for lunch together in the myriad of restaurants nearby. Some of our team are based remotely, and we encourage a balance of remote and office work. As a small business, we are agile and flexible.
