Since completing a DPhil in experimental physics, Jacob has designed human-centred technology for over 10 years, as well as founding the agency, he also speaks about tech globally.

Holding a PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Tudor empowers wearers to look after their health, with expertise in signal processing and algorithm development.

Recruitment and People Operations Executive

With a background in fashion, Kate brings her passion for design and her friendliness, approachable nature and organisational skills to the People and Ops team.

Having specialised in marketing for nearly 15 years, Sophie has studied for an MSc. With a focus on the client journey, she has a specific interest in brand, customer experience and ethics, including the use of personal data.

Dr Will Berriss

Software Engineer

Will holds a PhD in Medical Image Processing. A CEng MIET with over 20 years experience, he develops software solutions for our clients using a wide range of technologies.

Lucy Limage

Marketing and Comms Assistant

Lucy has a background in visual communication and skills in a wide field including photography and graphics. She works as part of our marketing and business team creating content and looking after our clients.

Will Robards

Head of Technology

Delivering projects in the highly regulated Medical Devices space for both CE marking and FDA approvals, Will brings a wealth of knowledge about product design in high risk environments and complex compliance pathways.

Software and Data Engineer

With a background in Mathematics and Computer Science, Aidan works across Thrive’s web and application development client projects using Python, React Native, and Linux.

Bookkeeper

Thrive Bookkeeper Gina is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, and spends her days keeping us organised managing invoices, payroll and supplier relationships.

Nathan Cater

Electronics Engineer

An electronics designer who uses a design first thinking approach to his problem-solving. Through simulation, schematic capture, and layout, Nathan uses EDA software to create functional prototypes for clients.

Zima Pawulska

Product Development Engineer & Project Lead

With a background in design, Zima's BSc in Product Design and an MSc in Robotics and Autonomous Systems brings a fresh perspective to our development engineers.

Aishwarya Suharu

Business Development & Partnerships Manager

With experience in Data Analysis and a Masters in Chemistry, Aishwarya explores new industry sectors and nurtures long term partnerships and collaborations.

Josie Cooper

Development Engineer

Josie has a passion for everything electrical and physical. Working across theory, design and testing, with great knowledge of many aspects of design and interfaces.

Phil has a background in electronic engineering, and has been writing firmware for over 20 years. He has extensive experience with wireless communications between low-power devices.
